In-Depth E-Mail Newsletter

Brebeuf Jesuit’s In-Depth e-newsletter goes out to faculty/staff, students, and families each Thursday at 6:30 p.m. Throughout the work week, my boss Mike Higginbotham and I would build the message with news we received from the wider school community. I compiled and copyedited each blurb for grammar, mechanics, and organization to ensure that each newsletter that was timely, concise, and easy to read. I also ensured a unified brand voice among all of the blurbs and scheduled the message to go out on time each week.

E-Bulletin E-Mail Newsletter

Brebeuf Jesuit’s E-Bulletin is an e-newsletter that goes out to all faculty and staff members each school day at 12:30 p.m. This daily message includes informational blurbs submitted by faculty, staff, and administration, as well as a number of key resources from HR, the Principal’s Office, and IT/Maintenance.

Each morning, I built and organized the E-Bulletin—replacing any old entries with updates; editing submissions for grammar, mechanics, and conciseness; applying the appropriate formatting; and scheduling the message to go out on time each day, occasionally postponing as necessary.
